Shine Bright Powerwashing strives for customer satisfaction. Full refunds are only issued if services are canceled before work begins or if we are unable to perform the agreed service. Once work has been completed, refunds are not guaranteed and remain at our discretion. Certain stains, oxidation, or pre-existing damage are not covered.

Refund Policy - the basics

At Shine Bright Powerwashing, we take pride in providing high-quality exterior cleaning services and your satisfaction is very important to us.

Service Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our work, please notify us within 48 hours of job completion. We will return to inspect the area and re-clean any reasonable concerns at no additional cost.

Refunds
Because our services involve labor, time, and materials, full refunds are generally not offered once work has been completed. However, if we cannot resolve the issue after a reasonable attempt, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

Cancellations

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Deposits, if collected, are non-refundable, but may be applied to a future rescheduled service.

Exclusions
Please note that refunds or re-cleaning will not be provided for:

  • Stains, oxidation, or discoloration that cannot be removed by standard cleaning methods.

  • Pre-existing damage, deterioration, or conditions outside of our control.

  • Issues not reported within 48 hours of service completion.
