Terms & Conditions

Shine Bright Powerwashing (the “Company”) is fully committed to providing safe, effective, and professional exterior cleaning services. While every precaution is taken to protect your property, the following terms apply:

1. Surface Risks – Pressure washing and soft washing involve water, cleaning solutions, and varying levels of pressure. Certain surfaces, materials, or pre-existing conditions (including age, cracks, oxidation, loose paint, failing sealants, or prior damage) may be further exposed or worsened during cleaning. The Company is not responsible for any damage resulting from these existing conditions.

2. Chemicals & Landscaping – Cleaning solutions are diluted and applied carefully. However, overspray or runoff can affect plants, lawns, or sensitive surfaces. While precautions are taken, the Company is not liable for unintended damage to landscaping, outdoor décor, or other non-structural items.

3. Client Responsibility – Clients must ensure all windows and doors are shut tightly, electrical outlets and fixtures are covered or sealed, and all items (furniture, décor, vehicles, etc.) are moved away from work areas prior to service. The Company is not responsible for damage to unsecured items left in the service area.

4. Liability – The Company carries general liability insurance for accidental damage directly caused by negligence. However, the Company is not liable for issues outside its control, including pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by failure to follow the client responsibility guidelines above.

5. No Guarantee Against Future Growth – While professional cleaning removes dirt, algae, mold, and mildew at the time of service, the Company cannot guarantee that such growth will not return, as it depends on environmental factors beyond our control.
